Job Title: Tally & Billing Executive

Experience Required: 1–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Tally & Billing Executive to manage daily accounting entries, billing processes, and financial records. The candidate should have good knowledge of Tally software and basic accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally
• Generate and manage invoices, bills, and purchase orders
• Handle billing and payment follow-ups
• Maintain records of sales, purchases, receipts, and payments
• Reconcile bank statements and ledgers
• Assist in GST-related work (GSTR-1, GSTR-2B reconciliation, etc.)
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of financial records
• Coordinate with internal teams for billing and accounts-related queries
• Prepare basic financial reports as required

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Tally (Tally ERP / Tally Prime)
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Knowledge of GST and invoicing
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and organizational skills

Qualification:

• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com preferred)
• Certification in Tally is an added advantage
• Salary:As per industry standards (Based on experience)
