We’re Hiring | Team Leader – E-commerce (Semi-Voice | Catalog Design)
📍 Location: Indore (Work From Office)

✔ Graduation with 65%+ in 10th, 12th & Graduation
✔ 1–3 years TL experience in BPO (Semi-Voice)
✔ Strong communication & team handling skills
✔ Knowledge of KPIs, SLAs, QA, AHT, CSAT
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
🔹 Role:
• Handle a team (Chat/Email + limited calls)
• Drive performance, quality & CSAT
• Coaching, reporting & escalation handling
