Team Leader

Job Requirements:-

1. Must be in same role (Team Leading in Customer service domain)

2. Make sure excellent services are provided to customer by team

3. Evaluate customer feedback and identify ways to maximize customer satisfaction

4. Ensure that standard operating procedures are documented and maintained

5. Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate growth

6. Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution

7. Keep accurate records and document customer service actions.

8. Liaising with other departments for the follow up and timely resolution of customer requests

and complaints

9. Recruit, mentor and develop customer service executives and nurture an environment

where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment

Job Description:

 Experience: Minimum of 2 to 3 years

 Qualification: Graduate

 Eligibility: Candidate Preferred from NBFC/ Banking/ Finance Industry.
