Key Responsibilities -:

* Handle sales of financial/advisory products & services.

* Convert leads into active clients through effective communication and follow-ups.

* Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business.

* Explain stock market products, investment plans, and trading strategies to clients.

* Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Coordinate with the research team to provide clients with relevant insights.

* Maintain records of sales activities and client interactions.

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 year of experience in sales within the *stock market domain*

* Must have worked in an *advisory / broking / algo trading company*.

* Strong understanding of *equity, derivatives, and financial markets*.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Ability to handle high-pressure sales targets.

* Self-motivated, with a result-oriented approach.

Education Qualification

* Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Finance background preferred).
