Position Title: Helper

Department: Service / Projects / Ducting / Store

Reports To: Technician / Supervisor / Store Executive

Location: Indore

Working Hours: 10 am -7 pm

Purpose of the Role:

To assist technicians, supervisors, or store staff in day-to-day operational tasks including material handling, basic support activities, cleaning, and organizing tools and workspaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist technicians in carrying tools, materials, and equipment.
• Perform basic support tasks like lifting, cutting, holding, and cleaning.
• Help load and unload items during dispatch or material receipt.
• Maintain cleanliness of worksite, vehicle, and tools.
• Follow instructions carefully and adhere to safety rules.
• Maintain discipline and be punctual.
