Summary:
As a Technology Architect, you will design and deliver technology architecture for various platforms, products, or engagements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to define solutions that meet performance, capability, and scalability needs, ensuring that the architecture aligns with business objectives and industry standards. You will also engage in discussions to refine architectural strategies and provide guidance to team members, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and assess their potential impact on current architecture.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Contact Center QM.
- Strong understanding of system integration and architecture design principles.
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and deployment strategies.
- Ability to analyze and optimize system performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in technology architecture.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Genesys Contact Center QM.
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
