Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers interested in used car loans.
Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, documentation, interest rates, and EMI options clearly.
Qualify leads, handle objections, follow up on prospects, and maintain call records for conversions.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 10th/12th pass; freshers welcome with sales or telecalling preference.
Fluent in Hindi (English optional); knowledge of loans/finance advantageous.
Skills and Benefits
Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer service abilities.
Ability to meet daily/weekly sales targets and resolve queries promptly.
Familiarity with used car loans or fintech preferred but trainable.
