Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain customer relationships, and support sales or service objectives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to engage customers professionally.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective or existing customers.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
  • Generate leads and follow up on existing leads.
  • Maintain customer records in the system.
  • Resolve customer queries and escalate issues when needed.
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
  • Maintain professionalism and quality standards during all interactions.
