Telecaller

Role: Contact potential customers to explain solar products and services, answer their queries, and convince them to book a meeting or site visit.

*Responsibilities:*

Make outbound calls to interested customers.

Explain the benefits of solar panels in simple language.

Share pricing, government subsidy info, and basic process.

Maintain records of calls and customer details.

Follow up with warm leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.

*Requirements:*

Good communication skills.

Basic understanding of solar (training will be provided).

Confidence, politeness, and convincing ability.

Minimum qualification: 10th pass (preferred).
