Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data.
• Handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects.
• Explain project details, pricing, and offers to customers.
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
• Maintain and update customer database in CRM.
• Follow up with interested clients and schedule site visits.
• Coordinate with sales team for closures.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi (English is a plus).
• Good convincing and negotiation skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
• Strong interpersonal and listening skills.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.

Qualifications Minimum:

• 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
• Experience: 0–2 years in telecalling, sales, or customer service (real estate experience is an advantage).

Additional Requirements

• Female candidates only.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Basic understanding of real estate industry is a plus.
