Position: Customer Support Executive (Insurance Renewal)

Location: Mahalaxmi Nagar, Indore

Job Type: Full-Time

Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers can apply)

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers for car insurance renewal reminders.
• Share policy quotations and explain key benefits of renewing with Insurance Bazzar.
• Handle follow-up calls/messages to ensure timely renewal.
• Maintain daily call records and update customer responses in CRM/Excel.
• Resolve basic customer queries regarding premium, claim support, and add-ons.
• Coordinate with the sales/operations team for smooth policy issuance.
• Skills & QualificationsGood communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
• Ability to explain information clearly and politely to customers.
• Basic knowledge of insurance/financial services (preferred, not mandatory).
• Computer proficiency (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email).
• Positive attitude, patience, and customer-first approach.
