Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team. Your role will involve contacting potential students, explaining course details, and converting leads into admissions. You will be the first point of contact for students interested in building a career in trading and financial markets.

Key Responsibilities

:Make outbound calls to potential students and share course information.

Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries professionally.

Convert leads into admissions through consistent follow-ups.

Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling & admission targets.

Explain fees, course benefits, and career opportunities clearly.

Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead updates.

Provide feedback regarding students’ queries and market response.

Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum ; Graduation preferred.

0–6 months of experience in telecalling/sales/counseling (education sector preferred).

Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.

Good convincing ability and confident telephone etiquette.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Basic knowledge of trading/financial markets is an advantage (not mandatory).
