📝 Job Summary:The Insurance Bazzar is looking for dynamic and result-oriented candidates for Sales, Telecalling, and Chat Support processes. The role involves interacting with customers, explaining insurance products, generating leads, and closing sales through calls and digital platforms.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:1. Sales / Telecalling Process:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
• Explain insurance products (Motor)
• Generate leads and convert them into sales
• Follow up with interested customers
• Achieve monthly sales targets

2. Chat Process:

• Handle customer queries via WhatsApp, website chat, or social media
• Provide accurate product information and quotations
• Assist customers in policy purchase and renewal
• Maintain professional and prompt communication

3. Customer Handling:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention
• 📊 Eligibility Criteria:Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
• Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in insurance or telecalling preferred (Freshers can apply)
• 💼 Skills Required:Strong communication & convincing skills
• Sales-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle rejection and pressure
• Basic knowledge of insurance products (preferred)
• Multitasking (calls + chat handling)
