Job Summary: We are looking for a Tele caller executive who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client sales, understanding customer financial needs, and providing appropriate investment or financial product solution. The ideals candidate should be confident, goal-oriented, and have excellent communication and sales skill.

Key Responsibility:-

• Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, or referrals.
• Maintain strong sales with existing clients and ensure client satisfaction.
• Understand customer requirement and suggest suitable financial products or services.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solution in a timely manner.
• Keep up-to-date with financial markets and product knowledge.
• Maintain proper documentation and update CRM systems.

Requirements Qualification:-

• 12th/ Graduate/ Post Graduate/ in any discipline ( Preferably commerce or finance).
• Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
• Basic knowledge of financial product (stocks, mutual funds, insurance, etc.) is a plus.
• Self-motivated and result-driven.
