Herbo Beans कंपनी में Call Center Executive की आवश्यकता है। इस पद के लिए ऐसे उम्मीदवार चाहिए जिनकी communication skills अच्छी हों और जो ग्राहकों से फोन पर सही तरीके से बात कर सकें।
काम की जिम्मेदारियां (Responsibilities):
• ग्राहकों के कॉल अटेंड करना
• प्रोडक्ट / सर्विस की जानकारी देना
• Customer queries और complaints को handle करना
• Call records और basic data maintain करना
योग्यता (Eligibility):
• 12वीं पास / Graduate
• Fresher और Experience दोनों अप्लाई कर सकते हैं
• हिंदी अनिवार्य, अंग्रेज़ी की बेसिक जानकारी
• Computer का basic knowledge
