Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and persuasive Telecaller to join our real estate sales team. The role involves contacting potential customers, handling inquiries related to residential flats, and converting leads into site visits and bookings. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided databases and marketing leads
  • Handle inbound inquiries from interested buyers regarding flats and projects
  • Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and payment plans clearly
  • Generate and qualify leads for site visits
  • Schedule appointments for site visits with the sales team
  • Follow up with prospects to nurture interest and close sales
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and customer details in CRM
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and sales targets



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred
  • Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or real estate sales (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
  • Fluency in Hindi, English
