Job Title: Inside Sales Executive (Telecalling)

For one of solar energy company we are looking to hire telecaller

Job Summary

This work-from-office role focuses on telecalling to drive sales and revenue for providing assiatance to customers and driving sales. We seek candidates with excellent communication skills to engage clients, generate leads, and close deals in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients , and book appointments.
• Handle inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and nurture relationships to convert prospects into revenue-generating clients.
• Present service offerings, negotiate deals, and achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up on leads, and collaborate with the sales team for strategy development.

Requirements

• Candidates having excellent communication skills will be preferred; prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer-facing roles in is a plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive, client-focused approach.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; ability to handle rejection and meet targets.
• Graduate in any subject, degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred. Full-time availability for office-based work (Monday-Friday).
