Telecaller

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our solar energy products and services, and generating leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote solar energy solutions

Explain the benefits of solar power systems (cost savings, sustainability, government subsidies, etc.)

Generate and qualify leads for the sales team

Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow-ups

Schedule appointments or site visits for the sales team

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information

Follow up with interested prospects to close leads

Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets
