About the role:

We are looking for Telecaller (female) to be responsible for making outbound calls explaining the product and the services, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining strong relationships with clients. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and inbound calls to potential or existing customers.
• Explain company products or services and address customer queries.
• Maintain and update customer records in the database.
• Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
• B.Com background preferred.
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Confident, polite, and good at handling conversations.
