Process: Myntra Hi Care – Outbound Calling

Job Description:

• The candidate will be required to make a minimum of 40 outbound calls per day (mandatory).
• Failure to meet the daily call requirement will result in half-day payout eligibility.
• Candidate must be a minimum 12th pass (undergraduate).
• Original mark sheets are mandatory at the time of joining.

Freshers eligibility:

• Aadhaar must be seeded with a nationalized bank account.
• Candidate should not have worked previously under NAPS.

Experienced candidates eligibility:

• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (documented/on paper).
• Required typing speed: Minimum 25 WPM.
• Candidate should possess good communication skills (Skill level 4 and above).
• Shift duration will be 9 hours per day.
• Working window: 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
• Rotational shifts applicable for male candidates within the working window.

Salary & Compensation:

• Experienced candidates:
• Rs. 20,500/- CTC per month
• Rs. 19,000/- in-hand (without PF)
• Fresher candidates:
• Rs. 15,000/- stipend (in-hand)
