Job Description:

We are looking for confident and energetic Tele Sales Executives to join our sales team. The candidate should have good communication skills in English and be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone. This role involves explaining products/services, generating leads, and closing sales.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Explain company products and services clearly and confidently.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.

• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.

• Maintain records of calls and customer details.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.

• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during calls.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate preferred.

• Experience: Freshers or candidates with tele sales experience.

• Language: Good communication skills

Key Skills:

• Strong conversation and persuasion skills.

• Confidence in speaking on calls.

• Ability to handle rejection positively.
