Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to manage client interactions, assist customers with banking products, and maintain long-term relationships. The role involves handling customer queries, coordinating with banks, and ensuring smooth loan processing.

• Key Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding banking and loan products
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
• Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable loan products
• Coordinate with internal teams and bank partners for document collection and processing
• Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
• Achieve assigned targets and performance metrics
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Graduate or equivalent (preferred)
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving ability
• Basic knowledge of banking/loan products is an advantage
• Working Details:Office Time: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Working Days: 6 days a week
