Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our sales team. The role involves calling potential customers to promote and sell our range of herbal products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Explain the benefits and features of herbal products.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into sales.
• Maintain call records and update CRM regularly.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• 0–1 year of experience in telecalling or sales (Freshers can apply).
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of herbal/organic products is a plus.
• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
