Location: Remote (First 3 months) | Indore Office (Post Confirmation)

Salary: ₹10,000 fixed during probation + Sales closure incentives (₹16,000 post confirmation)

Signalz.in is a fast-growing platform designed for research analysts to monetize their expertise through subscriptions, courses, and webinars. We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales growth through tele-calling and offline activities.

Job Responsibilities:

• Tele-calling: Reach out to potential customers and leads, explain the features and benefits of Signalz.in’s products, and convert them into paying users.
• Sales Promotions: Conduct offline activities (e.g., promotional events, workshops) to drive product awareness and generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Follow up with existing leads to ensure closure and maintain a steady sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand current promotions and features to enhance sales efforts.
• Meet and exceed weekly/monthly sales targets and KPIs.

Key Requirements:

• Fluent in Hindi and English (both spoken and written).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and influence potential customers.
• Previous experience in sales or tele-calling is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and eager to meet targets.
• Willingness to participate in offline sales promotion activities.
• Comfortable working remotely during the probation period and relocating to Indore post-confirmation.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Probation (3 months): ₹10,000 fixed salary + incentives on sales closed.
• Post Confirmation: ₹16,000 fixed salary + sales incentives.
• Work Schedule: 6-day working week (Monday to Saturday).
• Remote work during the probation period, transitioning to office-based work in Indore after confirmation.
