Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through calling
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Loan Processing: Guide customers through the loan application process, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory guidelines.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of loan products, interest rates, and market trends to offer tailored solutions.
• Coordination: Collaborate with underwriting and internal teams for smooth loan sanctioning and disbursement.
