Telecalling Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and confident Telecaller to handle customer support and sales for our Tour & Travel and Finance services. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with clients, understanding their requirements, and converting inquiries into successful sales.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Provide information about flight bookings, hotel packages, visa services, and travel plans
• Explain loan, finance, and investment-related services to customers
• Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
• Maintain customer data and call records
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling software, etc.)
• Experience in telecalling, sales, travel, or finance (preferred but not mandatory)
• Positive attitude and convincing skills

Salary: Fixed + Incentives

Experience: Fresher / Experienced both can apply
