Job Description

Shriketu Construction Private Limited is looking for a Telecaller and Sales Support Executive to assist in lead follow-ups, client communication, and basic administrative tasks.

The role involves handling incoming and outgoing calls, coordinating with potential clients, and supporting basic office operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls from potential clients

• Follow up with construction project inquiries

• Schedule client meetings and site visits

• Maintain lead records and follow-up data in Excel

• Support the sales team with client communication

• Respond to basic social media inquiries when required

• Assist in interview coordination and employee records

• Support basic office documentation and payment follow-ups

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi

• Basic English communication preferred

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel

• Organized and responsible working style

• Ability to handle client conversations professionally

Preferred Background

• Telecalling / sales support experience

• Real estate or construction industry exposure preferred
