Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining solar solutions, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided databases and campaigns
• Explain the benefits of solar energy solutions in a clear and engaging manner
• Generate and qualify leads based on customer interest and requirements
• Schedule site visits or meetings for the sales team
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
• Maintain call records, customer data, and follow-ups in Excel
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead generation
• Address customer queries and objections effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi
• Basic understanding of sales processes (experience in telecalling or inside sales preferred)
• Basic computer knowledge
• Interest in renewable energy/solar industry is an advantage

Experience:

• 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support
• Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

Education:

• Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline
