Telecalling Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a smart and confident Telecaller who can handle customer calls and manage WhatsApp marketing activities. The candidate should be good at communication, lead follow-ups, and customer engagement through calls and WhatsApp messages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound and inbound calls to customers and leads
• Explain products/services clearly and professionally
• Send promotional messages, images, and videos via WhatsApp
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic issues
• Follow up with leads and maintain customer records
• Generate leads and support sales conversions
• Update daily call and WhatsApp activity reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Good communication skills in English and local language
• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business and mobile apps
• Confident, polite, and customer-focused approach
• Ability to handle targets and follow-ups
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM is a plus)

Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or digital marketing preferred
