Job Summary:We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our stock market sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining stock market services, and assisting them in opening trading and demat accounts. This role requires excellent communication skills, financial awareness, and a goal-oriented attitude.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients interested in stock market investments.
• Explain company products and stock market trading services clearly and effectively.
• Generate leads and convert them into active clients.
• Maintain client records and follow up regularly for account activation.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Handle basic customer queries related to trading and investment services.
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Basic knowledge of stock market, trading, or investment preferred.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Ability to handle rejections and work under pressure.
• Proficiency in Hindi and English; regional languages are a plus.
• Freshers are welcome; experience in telesales or broking firm preferred.
• Salary & Benefits:Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) + Incentives
