As we expand our business, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales/Business Development Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
2. Identify and target new business opportunities and potential customers
3. Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and distributors
4. Collaborate with the production team to ensure product quality and consistency
5. Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape
6. Attend trade shows and events to promote the company and its products
7. Negotiate deals with customers and distributors
8. Manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Proven track record of sales success in the confectionery industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
