Telecalling Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the telecalling team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for home loan and LAP leads.
• Allocate leads, track performance, and ensure timely follow-up with potential customers.
• Monitor calls and provide regular feedback and sales coaching to team members.
• Coordinate with field sales and credit teams for lead conversion and documentation.
• Maintain MIS reports and update lead management systems accurately.
• Ensure adherence to compliance, company policies, and quality standards.
• Handle escalations and resolve customer queries effectively.
• Drive productivity through regular training, motivation, and performance reviews.
• Analyze team performance metrics and suggest process improvements.
• Assist in planning calling campaigns and promotional activities.
