• Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers to explain products/services
• Handle inbound customer queries politely and professionally
• Follow up with potential leads and existing clients
• Maintain customer records and call reports
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
• Eligibility Criteria:Female candidates only
• Good communication skills in Hindi / English (local language preferred)
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM systems
• Positive attitude and customer-friendly approach
• Preferred Skills:Telecalling or sales experience (added advantage)
• Ability to convince and negotiate with customers
• Confident voice and clear communication
