Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive to promote and sell our stock market algorithmic trading software. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, explaining product benefits, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to leads and potential customers

Explain features and benefits of the algo trading software

Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions

Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups

Maintain a database of customer interactions in CRM

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions

Coordinate with the technical/support team for onboarding clients

Required Skills

Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English preferred)

Basic understanding of stock market / trading concepts

Ability to explain technical products in simple terms

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Comfortable with cold calling and handling rejection

Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, Excel, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in stock market, fintech, or software sales

Knowledge of algo trading / automated trading systems

Prior telesales or inside sales experience
