Job Title: Telesales / Lead Generation ExecutiveDepartment: Sales

Job OverviewThe Telesales / Lead Generation Executive plays a key frontline role at Policy Samjho. This position is responsible for connecting with potential customers, understanding their insurance needs, generating qualified leads, and ensuring a smooth handover to the sales team.

The role requires strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and consistent follow-ups to support business growth.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective customers using provided databases and leads
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to basic insurance-related queries
  • Introduce and explain Policy Samjho’s advisory services clearly and professionally
  • Understand customer requirements, intent, and eligibility through structured questioning
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria (interest, affordability, urgency)
  • Schedule appointments and callbacks for Sales Executives
  • Follow up with warm leads, incomplete conversations, and renewal reminders
  • Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and customer details in the CRM system
  • Meet daily call targets, quality standards, and follow-up timelines
  • Maintain professionalism, courtesy, and compliance in all interactions
  • Required SkillsTechnical & Functional SkillsBasic knowledge of customer interaction processes
  • Ability to use CRM systems and calling software
  • Basic computer skills (MS Excel, data entry, calling tools)
  • Behavioral & Soft SkillsClear and confident communication in Hindi (basic English preferred)
  • Strong listening and probing skills
  • Patience and emotional control
  • Ability to handle rejection and repetitive tasks
  • Discipline and consistency in follow-ups
  • Experience Required0 to 2 years of experience in telesales, customer support, or sales support
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
  • Working StructureOffice-based role at Indore
  • Fixed working hours (shift flexibility as per campaign needs)
  • Reports to: Sales Manager
  • Works closely with Sales, Operations, and Digital Marketing teams
