Job Summary: As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our weight loss products over the phone. You will engage with potential customers, educate them about our offerings, and help them make informed purchasing decisions. Your experience in telesales will be crucial in achieving sales targets and driving customer satisfaction.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing them to our products/services, and generating sales leads or closing deals. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive personality to effectively handle customer inquiries and sales calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
  • Present and promote our weight loss products effectively.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Outbound Calling:

 1. Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to potential or existing customers.

 2.Pitch the company’s products or services to prospects and qualify leads.


2 Customer Interaction:

 1. Answer questions and provide relevant product information to customers.

 2. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.

 3. Handle customer objections or concerns and convert inquiries into sales.

3. Lead Management & Sales:

   1. Identify opportunities for sales by following up on potential leads.

   2. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.

4. Customer Follow-up:

   1. Follow up with leads and prospects to ensure timely closure of deals.

   2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in telesales, preferably in the health and wellness or herbal product sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Passion for health and wellness is a plus.
