Job DescriptionAzurelib Technologies is looking for a dynamic and result oriented Ed Tech Tele Sales Executive (Female) to join our growing team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have experience in Ed Tech tele sales, student counseling, and lead conversion, with strong communication and persuasion skills.

The role involves connecting with prospective learners, understanding their requirements, and guiding them in selecting the right courses and training programs.

Key Responsibilities• Contact and follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels

• Explain course offerings and training programs to prospective students

• Counsel learners and guide them in choosing suitable programs

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM

• Build strong relationships with prospective and existing students

• Coordinate with the internal team for smooth onboarding of students

Required Skills• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in Ed Tech tele sales or education counseling

• Target oriented and self motivated

• Ability to handle objections and close sales

• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales processes
