Telesales Executive

We are looking for a confident Inside Sales Executive with fluent English communication skills and a strong customer-handling approach. The role focuses on customer communication, product explanation, and lead nurturing.

This is NOT a target-based job — the position is more relationship-oriented and does not involve aggressive sales targets.

Candidates with experience in herbal, nutraceutical, ayurvedic, or pharmaceutical products will be preferred.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls professionally in fluent English.
• Explain product details, especially related to herbal, ayurvedic, and pharmaceutical items.
• Nurture leads and guide customers through the buying process.
• Maintain CRM records, follow-ups, and customer communication logs.
• Provide timely responses and support to clients.
• Work closely with the operations and marketing teams for seamless coordination.
• Prepare daily and weekly communication/sales activity reports.

Requirements

• Fluent English communication skills (spoken & written) — mandatory.
• Strong telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
• Basic Knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
• Good listening skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work independently without pressure of sales targets.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in herbal, ayurvedic, nutraceutical, or pharmaceutical products (preferred).
• Experience in B2B or B2C sales. (Freshers can also apply)
