Gnons Design and Construction is looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to handle telecalling and generate sales leads. The candidate will be responsible for engaging customers, promoting services, and converting inquiries into successful business opportunities.

📞 Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads

💬 Explain company services and offerings clearly to clients

📈 Convert leads into sales through effective communication and convincing skills

🤝 Build and maintain strong customer relationships

📝 Maintain call records and update customer information

🔁 Follow up with leads to ensure closure

🎯 Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

🧩 Eligibility Criteria:

Age: 20 – 40 years

Gender: Both genders allowed

Education: 12th Pass

English: Basic English

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Shift: Day (Full Time)
