Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive to sell Health Insurance Policies through outbound/ inbound calls. The candidate will connect with leads generated through the company website and marketing channels, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable health insurance plans.

This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls to prospective customers from provided leads.

• Explain health insurance plans, coverage benefits, and premium details.
• 
  
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable medical insurance policies.
• 
  
• Convert leads into successful sales and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
• 
  
• Maintain proper call records and customer details in CRM/system.
• 
  
• Ensure compliance, call quality standards, and company policies are followed.
• 
  
• Build strong customer relationships and provide basic after-sales support.
• 
  

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
• 
  
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• 
  
• Ability to handle sales targets and pressure.
• 
  
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.
• 
  
• Good customer handling skills.
• 
  

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate or Post Graduate (Full-time).
• 
  
• Minimum one years of experience in Telesales / Outbound Sales/ Inside Sales
• 
  
• Freshers with strong communication skills can apply.
• 
  
• Experience in Health Insurance / Life Insurance / BFSI sales will be an added advantage.
• 
  

Salary & Benefits:

• 2.10 to 2.79 LPA ( Fixed), Based on last drawn
