Job Title:Telecaller / Customer Care Executive (Ayurvedic Healthcare)

We manufacture and market a wide range of Ayurvedic products for kidney care, piles, digestive health, hair care, immunity, and overall wellness. Our mission is to provide safe, natural, and effective healthcare solutions across India.

• Job Responsibilities:Handle incoming & outgoing calls related to Ayurvedic healthcare products
• Explain product benefits to customers in simple and clear language
• Guide customers about dosage, usage, and general wellness support (as per company training)
• Take orders and follow up with customers
• Maintain customer records and call details
• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing
• Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
• Job Requirements:Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
• Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English is a plus)
• Interest in Ayurveda & healthcare products
• Basic knowledge of calling / customer handling
• Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
• Experienced candidates will be given preference

Working Hours:🕘 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
