🧑💼 Job Description – Telecaller (Loan Process)📌 Job Role:Telecaller ka main kaam customers ko phone call karke loan related information dena aur interested customers ki leads generate karna hoga.
- 📝 Responsibilities:Data ke according outbound calls karna
- Customers ko loan products explain karna
- (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan, LAP, OD, CC etc.)
- Interested customers se basic details lena
- Qualified leads ko sales / senior team ko forward karna
- Daily call & lead follow-up maintain karna
- Simple call report / CRM update karna
OFFICE TIMING 9.30 TO 6.30 ONLY SUNDAY OFF ..
