Job description:

We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecalling Executive who can handle inbound and outbound calls, explain our services clearly, and convert leads into site visits and bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Call fresh leads and follow up regularly
• Explain company services in a clear and convincing manner
• Schedule property visits
• Maintain proper call records and update CRM or Excel
• Coordinate with sales team for closures
• Achieve monthly targets

Requirements:

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
• Confident and convincing personality
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp handling
• Experience in telecalling or sales preferred
• Target-oriented mindset
