Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 (Fixed) + Incentives per deal

Location: Indore

Job Description:

We're hiring a dynamic person to manage backend operations and sales support. Key responsibilities include:

* Customer onboarding and documentation

* Scheduling and conducting property visits with clients

* Handling CRM updates and tele-calling

* Coordinating with operations & marketing team

* Providing customer support via phone and in person

* Ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations

Requirements:

* Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)

* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets)

* Enthusiastic and customer-focused

* Prior experience in operations or telecalling preferred
