We are looking for an experienced Sales Team. The Selected candidate will be responsible for setting sales targets, coaching team members, and analyzing sales data to improve team performance. The Sales Team Lead will also be responsible for developing strategies to increase sales and profitability. Key Responsibilities: • Set sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them • Coach and motivate team members to achieve sales targets • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team members’ skills • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback to team members • Conduct performance evaluations and take corrective action as needed • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders • Maintain accurate sales records and reports • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales leadership roles • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Availability to travel as needed
