Telesales Manager

Job description:

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Motivation: Lead, coach, and mentor telesales reps, providing ongoing feedback and support.
• Sales Strategy: Develop, implement, and monitor sales plans and campaigns to expand the customer base.
• Performance Management: Set KPIs, track team metrics, conduct performance reviews, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Training & Development: Conduct training on products, sales techniques, and customer service.
• Reporting & Analysis: Analyze sales data, identify trends, and report on team performance to senior management.
• Customer & Operations: Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Recruitment: Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Proven leadership in telesales or a similar sales environment.
• Education: MBA preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, leadership, data analysis, problem-solving, and CRM software proficiency (like Salesforce).
• Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and maintain a positive attitude.
