Job Description

  1. Familiarity with CRM Tools or Scheduling Software: Experience with tools like Google Calendar, Calendly, or CRM systems can help streamline the scheduling process.
  2. Strong Communication Skills: They should be articulate, clear, and polite in both written and verbal communication to create a good impression on clients.
  3. Organizational Skills: Managing and keeping track of appointments, rescheduling when necessary, and ensuring smooth coordination between you and the client.
  4. Time Management: The ability to schedule meetings efficiently without overlapping, taking into account the client's and your availability.
  5. Multitasking: Juggling multiple appointments and client requests simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  6. Client-Focused Attitude: Building a rapport with clients and ensuring they feel valued through professional and courteous interactions.
  7. Problem-Solving Skills: In case of cancellations or last-minute changes, they should handle the situation calmly and find suitable alternatives.
  8. Attention to Detail: Ensuring all relevant client information, time zones, and special preferences are considered while scheduling.
  9. Industry Knowledge (Optional): Familiarity with the interior design or architecture industry could be an added advantage for understanding your specific client needs better.
