"5+ years of experience in Test Environment Management or related DevOps/QA roles. Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and automation scripting. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to environment optimization and predictive analytics. Excellent understanding of environment dependencies, data refresh cycles, and release coordination. Lead the provisioning, configuration, monitoring, and decommissioning of test environments across multiple projects and platforms. Collaborate with development, QA, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure environment availability and stability. Implement AI/ML-based solutions for environment usage prediction, auto-scaling, and anomaly detection. Manage environment booking, conflict resolution, and scheduling using environment management tools. Ensure data consistency, version control, and configuration management across environments. Establish and enforce governance policies for environment access, usage, and compliance. Drive automation of environment setup and teardown using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation. Monitor environment health and performance using observability tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk). Maintain documentation and dashboards for environment status, usage metrics, and incident tracking.
