Job Location: Indore 
both Female & Male candidates will work.

Shift Timing: US Time Zone (Night Shift)
•	For Male Candidate: 6.15 PM to 3.30 AM
•	For Female Candidates: 8:00 PM to 5:30 (Fixed Shift)

Roles & Responsibilities:
•	Prepare candidates for the interview to give them an edge over other staffing agencies’ candidates and share feedback
•	Strong induction to make them feel welcomed in the organization 
•	 Act as an auditor to ensure complete & authentic documents are collected & processed for payroll
•	To be the single point of contact for the contractors 
•	 Employees connect, retention & handling terminations 
•	 Grievance handling 
•	 Health benefits offering &
•	Employee background verification
 
Requirements:
•	Preferably MBA (HR) or relevant experience in HR
•	Must have excellent communication skills.
•	Self-starter, motivated and detailed/results oriented.
•	Strong organizational skills.
•	Good Team player.
