Role Overview

We are looking for a US IT Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients. The role involves sourcing, screening, and placing IT professionals across multiple technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment

Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and databases

Screen candidates for technical & communication skills

Coordinate interviews with US clients

Manage candidate pipeline and follow-ups

Ensure compliance with US staffing processes

Maintain recruitment reports and trackers

Requirements

Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Basic understanding of US staffing / IT recruitment preferred

Good English communication skills (verbal & written)

Willing to work in US shift

Strong sourcing and negotiation skills
